Cost-

-The membership fee is $99 per month. Plus, a one-time enrollment fee of $25. The enrollment fee is paid only once as long as the Membership remains current.

-Sparkling Beauty Bar Memberships are for a 12 month minimum term, which renews automatically each year unless notice is provided after the 12 month term. After the first 12-month minimum term, the membership becomes month to-month. 

-Members may apply your $99 membership monthly fee to a custom facial or $99 in skincare. Or save membership money in your AR. wallet for later use, up to 6 months.  

-The maximum membership accumulated money is 6 Months or $534. This must be used at 6 month time frame or membership wallet accumulated will be forfeited.  

-Members cannot get more than 1 facial a month

-Membership wallets are Non-transferrable

Terms & Cancelling

-To cancel a Membership after the 12 month initial term, a 30 day written notice is required. To cancel, please email [email protected]

- Cancellations can only be processed in writing. In order to cancel a Membership before the 12 month minimum term, the Member must have moved more than 25 miles from Sparking Beauty Bar’s location and will be required to send a current utility bill (gas, water, or electricity) with the address and member name on listed on the bill. If a member has not relocated, and hasn’t been a member for the 12 month minimum, a $350 short term cancellation fee, will be due to terminate membership. All cancellation requests due to moving must be sent to [email protected], with the supporting documentation. Cancellations cannot not be processed via telephone.  

- The monthly Membership starts the day you sign up for your Membership, and renews on that date each month. Your Member discounts and benefits renew on that date as well. The monthly membership fee is $99 per month along with a one-time, non-refundable, $25 enrollment fee. Monthly membership fees are drafted on a 30-day rolling basis and are typically withdrawn on the same calendar day each month. Some services are subject to the applicable state tax at the time of treatment. The maximum membership amount that may be accumulated is 6 months’ worth of fees or $594 ($99 x 6). The banked funds can be used towards any Sparkling Beauty Bar service or product. If the funds are not used and your account reaches $594, the funds automatically expire. For annual memberships, the value is available for 364 days from the date of purchase.

* Membership pricing, promotions and offers are non-transferrable and are for the Member’s use only, unless otherwise noted.  

* Membership discounts do not apply to training, modeling and flash sale specials.

* Monthly Membership dues cannot be supplemented by any other promotional vendor programs such as Brilliant Distinctions or Aspire Rewards, but if a Member for example purchases Dysport, they get the Member rate, plus they can use their Aspire points.

* Any Membership fee that is returned for insufficient funds, incorrect card number or card information is considered in arrears and due to Sparkling Beauty Bar MedSpa. If a Membership is considered in arrears, Membership services and discounts will not be available for use until balance is paid up to and including the current month due.

* Membership fee cannot be offset by any in store credit and must be paid by a Visa/Mastercard/American Express.

* Membership funds, the balance of a member’s virtual wallet, cannot be transferred to the virtual wallet of another member or regular Sparkling Beauty Bar’s client.

* Membership fee prepayment must be paid for a minimum of one full year, otherwise, the monthly installment plan will be the only available payment method.

* Particular appointment availability or provider availability is not and can not be guaranteed. All of our providers go through our rigorous training process. 

* Sparkling Beauty Bar Members agree to abide by Sparkling Beauty Bar’s Policies.

* Membership payments made are not refundable, and not for cash value.

* Membership benefits are subject to change at the discretion of Sparkling Beauty Bar MedSpa, and can change with out without notice.
